Global Operations Coordinator

FaithTech exists to see a Jesus revival awakened in and through

technology by practicing redemptive technology design. We are a 

global network of innovators, technologists, and Jesus-followers 

working together to build the future differently, with Christ at the center. We currently have over 45 active city-based communities building 50+ redemptive tech products. 

As FaithTech's Global Operations Coordinator, you will help drive our mission forward by keeping global operations, marketing, events, and fundraising running seamlessly. Working closely with the Director of Philanthropy and Global Operations Manager, you will turn strategy into action by connecting people, systems, and stories that advance innovation and impact for the glory of God.

What You'll Be Doing

Reporting to the Director of Philanthropy and Global Operations Manager you will:

Operations Coordination

• Coordinate the execution of daily, weekly, monthly, and annual operational procedures, ensuring all activities comply with organizational standards, while maintaining up-to-date documentation.
• Collect, compile, and analyze operational data for regular reporting to the Executive team and Board of Directors.
• Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our Global staff and local in-person teams.

Execute Marketing Strategy, Storytelling, & Brand

• Discover and share redemptive stories from across the FaithTech ecosystem — stories of personal transformation, product breakthroughs, and industry change for the glory of God through social media, email, and print.
• Execute the FaithTech brand — our voice, visuals, and message — alongside the CEO and Executive team.
• Executes a global marketing strategy that aligns with FaithTech's mission and season of growth.
• Manage a central marketing calendar across social media, events, email, and campaigns.
• Define and track key marketing metrics, including content engagement, reach, conversions, and more.

Execute Event Coordination

• Assist with event coordination including responsibilities such as securing, booking, and managing physical aspects of events.
• Assist with timeline and project management. Coordinating deadlines across multiple internal teams and external vendors, and ensuring all tasks leading up to and during the event are completed efficiently.
• Communicating with event attendees prior, during, and post events.
• Provide on-site execution such as overseeing the event on the day, coordinating staff and volunteers, and handling any unforeseen issues.

Support Fundraising Engagement

• Collaborate with the Director of Philanthropy to support donor storytelling, campaign messaging, donor engagement, donor solicitation, and communications strategy.
• Manage the production of stories, videos, and testimonies to capture impact and drive deeper engagement with givers.
• Contribute to campaign strategy and UX for key fundraising initiatives
• Create high-quality digital assets (emails, visuals, decks, social posts) that fuel generosity and trust.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Range

: $40,000 to $50,000 CAD
- Vacation

: 3 weeks vacation, plus statutory holidays.
- Benefits

: Includes extended health, dental, vision, and access to a health spending account. Dependent coverage included.
- Work Environment:

Work out of head office in Waterloo, with expectations of in-office 3 days a week and flexible working the other two days.
