We are currently seeking a Surveyor to join our team in Calgary, AB.

Applicants must be experienced in constructing commercial/residential concrete buildings ranging from basic foundations to high-rise towers.

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Accurately read and interpret blueprints
  • Utilize information from blueprints to layout gridlines and elevations accurately
  • Provide the detailed surveying and layout for installation of formwork, concrete and embeds as per plans, specifications and shop drawings in accordance with the project schedule requirements
  • Examine project plans, details and dimensions and give advice as a key member of the Project Team with regard to errors, omissions and any practical aspects which may affect the progress of the project
  • Review form designs when provided in order to ensure accuracy and conformity to the needs of the project
  • Review and follow safety policies and procedures
  • Work at heights and in all weather conditions
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Credentials:

  • High school diploma
  • Additional courses and/or certifications related to surveying or engineering

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
