Overview:

Nova Naturopathic Integrative Clinic, a premier holistic healthcare provider in Calgary, Alberta, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Naturopathic Doctor to join our dynamic team during an exciting phase of major expansion. The clinic is attracting a growing number of new patients, resulting in waiting lists, and we require additional support as one of our naturopathic doctors has recently gone on maternity leave. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated professional with a specific practice focus to build a thriving career within a truly integrative practice. We are expanding our team to include Chiropractors, Osteopaths, RMTs, and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) doctors, alongside our existing practitioners, to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care. Candidates certified in IV therapy or willing to pursue certification will receive stronger consideration, as we are launching a modern, fully equipped 10-chair IV lounge. As a key member of our collaborative team, you will play a pivotal role in transforming lives through high quality naturopathic care and contributing to our clinic's growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (ND) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid, active naturopathic doctor license with the College of Naturopathic Doctors of Alberta.
  • A specific practice focus (e.g., women's health, chronic disease management, sports medicine,oncology support, or other specialized areas) to complement our general naturopathic team.
  • Certification in IV therapy is a strong asset; willingness to complete required certificationcourses is also valued (training support provided).
  • Strong commitment to holistic, integrative, and patient-centered care with a passion foradvancing naturopathic medicine within a multidisciplinary setting.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster trust with patients and collaborateeffectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
  • Dedication to professional growth, with an interest in staying current with research and trendsin naturopathic medicine, IV therapy, and your area of specialization.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to the needs of a rapidlyexpanding practice.
  • Willingness to work weekends is a significant asset.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with enthusiasm for contributing to clinic expansion and innovation.
