Job Description

Reporting to the Replenishment Manager the Customer Service and Replenishment Representative will act as the main resource for entering orders and support in an extremely fast-paced manufacturing environment.

General administrative duties including:

  • Respond promptly to customer service & sales inquiries in a courteous and professional manner (phone & email)
  • Receive and process orders via different media (email, fax, phone) and enter purchase orders via EDI system to major retailers nationally.
  • Analyzing statistical data regarding Logistics, Sales, and Shipping.
  • Updating data on sales projections.
  • Scheduling meetings with other departments.
  • Assisting Replenishment Manager with responses to customer concerns.

Other duties as assigned.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with MS office.
