The company is committed to excellence, collaboration, and innovation in every project it undertakes.Position OverviewThe Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the successful delivery of construction projects from pre-construction through to close-out. This role works closely with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation including schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure timely delivery of materials and information.Support the Project Manager in tracking project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.Attend site meetings and prepare meeting minutes, action items, and follow-ups.Maintain accurate and organized project records, drawings, and documentation.Assist with procurement processes including issuing purchase orders and tracking deliveries.Facilitate communication between office and site teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.Support the close-out process including compiling turnover packages and warranty documentation.QualificationsPost-secondary education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.2+ years of experience in a construction project coordination or related role.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Procore, MS Project, or similar construction management software is an asset.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Why Join Us?Work on diverse and impactful projects.Be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.Competitive compensation and benefits package.
