Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Responsibilities include helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. This might include assisting clients to successfully submit files for production, and/or recommending workarounds for technical limitations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to analyze customer inquiries effectively. Duties

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of service at all times.
  • Utilize data entry skills to accurately record customer information and interactions in our database.
  • Analyze customer issues to provide effective solutions and escalate complex problems as necessary.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and streamline processes.
  • Assist Production team as needed to ensure orders are fulfilled to satisfaction

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
  • Proficiency in English is required; bilingual candidates (especially those fluent in Mandarin) are highly desirable.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience in Graphic design or promotional materials is a plus.
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • General understanding of graphic and/or photo manipulation is a must
