Role Overview

The Technology & Information Systems Coordinator will support the nonprofit's use of digital tools, data, and technology to maximize efficiency and safeguard sensitive information. This role ensures the organization is making smart, secure, and future-oriented technology choices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and recommend tools for collaboration, fundraising, and community engagement.
  • Support staff and volunteers with onboarding and training for digital platforms.
  • Establish best practices for data management and privacy protection.
  • Monitor technology-related risks and recommend safeguards.
  • Maintain an inventory of technology resources and tools.

Qualifications

  • Interest or experience in IT, information systems, or cybersecurity.
  • Problem-solving skills and curiosity for emerging tech solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail regarding data handling and privacy.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual, Freelance

Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
