Delivery Driver / Route Customer Service – Automotive Dealerships & Repair Shops
Location: Lower Mainland, British Columbia
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: $48,000per year, based on experience
Reports To: Technical Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver / Route Customer Service representative to serve automotive dealerships and independent repair shops across the Lower Mainland. This role is ideal for candidates with B2B delivery route experience or hands-on automotive sector experience (technician, service manager/advisor, or parts staff).
Success in this role comes from accountability, professionalism, and building strong relationships with automotive business customers. This is not gig driving, food delivery, or retail sales.

Key Responsibilities
Vehicle & Route Operations
- Operate and maintain company delivery vehicles daily
- Load, secure, and transport automotive products safely
- Track vehicle maintenance and report issues promptly
- Follow transportation laws and maintain a clean driving record
- Complete emergency or special deliveries as needed
Customer & Account Service
- Serve a set route of automotive repair shops and dealerships
- Build and maintain professional relationships with service managers, technicians, and parts staff
- Count, restock, and invoice automotive fluid products accurately
- Review orders with customer contacts to ensure accuracy
- Identify inventory gaps or issues and report proactively
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for customer questions
Support & Communication
- Identify risks and growth opportunities within accounts
- Communicate consistently with Technical Specialists and Automotive Technicians
- Complete daily system syncs and reporting
- Support account growth initiatives under guidance
Qualifications & Requirements
Required:
- B2B delivery or route experience or Auto experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and reliable transportation
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Preferred / Advantageous:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, tablets, and email systems
- Previous sales or customer service experience would be useful.
Working Conditions:
- Split between warehouse, vehicle, and customer locations
- Indoor and outdoor work in all weather conditions
- Regular bending, lifting, and twisting
