Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Parcel Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of 40-70 parcels daily to residential and commercial customers. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and organize parcels for delivery each day, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Operate personal vehicle in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Navigate delivery routes using a GPS or mapping system to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
  • Deliver 40-70 parcels per day to various addresses, obtaining signatures or proof of delivery as required.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including professional and courteous interactions with all customers.
  • Communicate any delivery issues or delays to the dispatch team in a timely manner.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and good operating condition of the delivery vehicle.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Ability to lift and carry parcels of various sizes and weights (up to 50 lbs).
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of local geographical area is a plus.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
  • Must own a personal Vehicle

Working Conditions:

  • This is a physically demanding role that involves frequent lifting, bending, and standing.
  • Work is primarily performed outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Hours may vary and could include weekends and holidays, depending on business needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $145.50-$294.58 per day
