Above all, you see learning as a force multiplier that drives technical excellence, organizational alignment, and customer success.
Position Overview:
You own the strategy and execution for developing role-based learning paths, hands-on technical labs, and structured enablement programs for our internal technical teams, starting with Professional Services. You lead our Technical Writer (your direct report), partner with Product and Engineering, and establish a modern learning foundation that can extend to Partners and Customers in future phases.
Key Responsibilities

- Define all supporting materials: lab exercises, technical walkthroughs, challenge activities, and assessments.
- Partner with the Technical Writer to create clear, modern, reusable learning materials supporting each learning objective.
- Build mechanisms for progress tracking, certification, and reinforcement.
- Knowledge Extraction & Documentation Recovery
- Systematically extract tribal knowledge from engineers via recorded interviews, shadowing, and source code exploration.
- Create a centralized source of truth for documentation, bridging Notion, and code repositories.
- Establish version-controlled standards and workflows for technical documentation updates.
- Product Release Enablement
- Partner with Product Management to ensure every new release includes internal training content, lab guides, and solution documentation.
- Define repeatable templates and timelines for how documentation and training support product launches.
- Lead the Technical Writer in producing installation, configuration, and troubleshooting guides as well as supporting learning programs tied to each product module.
- Cross-Department Technical Training
- Expand the learning framework to other technical teams (Integration Engineering, Product Engineering, QA, Security, etc.).
- Identify skill gaps and develop learning paths to improve technical fluency, efficiency, and onboarding speed.
- Introduce blended learning approaches, combining documentation, guided labs, sandbox environments, and self-paced learning.
- Future Programs: Partner & Customer Enablement
- Develop a roadmap for Partner Certification and Customer Education programs to support scalability and external adoption.
- Define how internal technical enablement evolves into public learning programs (DataStealth University).
