Position Overview:
The Brand Ambassador to support Cheekbone Beauty's Sales & Education team supporting Sephora Canada stores in Vancouver, BC. This position will be supporting and driving sales in 5 stores located in BC Mainland and BC East Area. 

As a Brand Ambassador, you will:

  • Build lasting relationships with store teams and leadership
  • Coach and educate in various store environments (one on one, mid to large groups)
  • Provide interactive product demonstrations
  • Engage with customers as the brand expert
  • Ensure product merchandising meets company standards
  • Maintain store shelves by surveying displays of company products, removing damaged or expired products, tidying store shelves, and providing an optimum display for products
  • Maintain inventory by restocking shelves with products from inventory, tracking inventory levels, prompting store management to reorder when levels appear low, and arranging for returns and credit for damaged products
  • Help field sales representatives with special promotions by setting up displays at end caps, checking on special promotions, and communicating observations to management
  • Provide critical feedback through survey responses
  • Leave a positive lasting impression after each store visit

Responsibilities:

  • Educate Sephora sales associates on Cheekbone Beauty cosmetics and sales techniques
  • Drive store sales within territory to meet sales targets
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with store-level personnel
  • Manage inventory at store level in accordance with Sephora operational procedures
  • Work closely with the Cheekbone Beauty Account Executive to schedule calendar and advise of any stock issues as they arise.

Qualifications:

  • Beauty savvy and able to represent the brand look while adhering to dress code policies of the various retailers & department stores
  • Must have strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to act with integrity and business maturity to ensure interactions are conducted without bias or prejudice
  • Must be able to spend up to 100% of the working time standing and walking in the store
  • Willingness to drive a minimum of 30 miles with a reliable form of transportation
  • Possess a personal phone to be utilized for business purposes
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10-15 pounds
  • Ability to use a smartphone and keep open lines of communication via email, video calls, phone calls, text messages, etc.
  • Ability to work a committed schedule based on the company/brand's needs and be adaptable to reflect the needs of the business including weekends, evenings, and holidays

What We Need:

  • Approximately 2-4 shifts per week
  • Calling on 4 to 8 Sephora Doors
  • Hourly Rate: $20 to 25 - The exact hourly rate is determined by various factors including, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.
  • Thursday - Sunday availability
  • Some evenings if possible
  • Training and education provided
