About the Role

We are looking for passionate, organized, and ambitious individuals to represent aēlo as a Brand Ambassador & Merchandiser. You will be the face of the brand in stores and at events, playing a key role in expanding our footprint in grocery, retail, and hospitality channels across British Columbia and Western Canada.

What You'll Do Merchandising & Retail Support

  • Merchandise aēlo products in premium retail and grocery locations (stocking shelves, building displays, rotating inventory)
  • Ensure brand visibility with strong in-store execution and eye-catching shelf presence
  • Maintain clean, organized, and professional retail displays
  • Liaise with store managers and staff to secure optimal shelf space and promotional visibility
  • Monitor inventory levels and report stock issues

Brand Representation & Activation

  • Be the face of aēlo at in-store demos, premium events, and culinary activations
  • Educate consumers and retail staff on aēlo's unique value: zero alcohol, zero sugar, zero calories — with full flavour
  • Promote brand values around wellness, sustainability, and lifestyle luxury

Sales & Business Development

  • Support sales team with onboarding new accounts in the retail and hospitality space
  • Identify new partnership or placement opportunities in line with brand strategy
  • Report on competitive activity and market feedback
  • Track results and optimize merchandising performance

Who You Are

  • Strong communicator and self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Passionate about wellness, premium food & beverage, or sustainability
  • Highly organized with strong time management and problem-solving skills
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
  • Willing to travel throughout the region (evenings/weekends as needed)

Required Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in merchandising, sales, hospitality, or CPG retail (preferred)
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Personal vehicle in good condition, with active insurance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Salesforce or CRM experience is a bonus
