Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative & Clinical Assistant to join our team.
As an Administrative & Clinical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Your primary responsibilities will include providing administrative support, managing front desk operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.
On the patient side, your duties will include sterilizing of all foot care instruments, cleaning of treatment rooms, restocking of rooms and assistance in delivering foot care.
Successful candidates must be comfortable and professional with handling patient's feet.
Duties
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
Assist with organizing and maintaining office files and documents
Perform data entry tasks and update various databases
Provide general administrative support to staff members as needed
Clean patient rooms, sterilize foot care tools, restock patient rooms and assist in providing foot care to patients
Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
Basic comprehension of medical terminology
Strong typing skills and familiarity with phone systems
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
Experience working in a medical office or providing customer support is a plus
