Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Business Ethics. The individual in this role will spearhead the development, implementation, and oversight of ethical frameworks and compliance programs across the organization. Responsibilities include analyzing and improving ethical standards, ensuring compliance with industry laws and regulations, leading cross-functional project management initiatives, and providing guidance on complex business decisions to uphold the organization's ethical principles. The Vice President will also collaborate with leadership teams to align business strategies with ethical practices.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical and Business Analysis skills for assessing and developing ethical frameworks and strategies
  • Competency in Finance for understanding financial impacts and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Experience in Project Management for leading initiatives to enhance business ethics and compliance programs
  • Familiarity with Sales to evaluate ethical practices in customer interactions and partnerships
  • Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
  • Prior experience working in ethics, compliance, or regulatory roles with a focus on business practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Ethics, Law, or related field; advanced degree preferred
