The Role:

The Technology team brings together world-class Quants and Developers who possess cutting-edge technical and numerical expertise. Together, they innovate, build, and enhance a suite of proprietary investment platforms and solutions. Working closely with the global Portfolio Management team, they develop highly customized tools in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a seasoned Senior Full Stack .NET Developer to help build robust, scalable applications working directly with Portfolio Managers to gain exposure to multi-strategy hedge fund operations. Accountabilities:

Help grow the business
: You'll work on a variety of initiatives, including onboarding new security types, expanding our margin data pipeline, and enhancing our order management system.

Quickly build high-impact systems
: You'll develop features such as new UI screens and support for financial products across the full trade lifecycle (trading, operations, accounting). This will involve coding in C#/React/Blazor, working with messaging systems like Kafka and RabbitMQ, and using SQL Server for database tasks.

Work directly with end users
: You'll own features end to end—gathering requirements, developing solutions, and iterating based on feedback from users across the firm.

Qualifications

  • Previous Hedge Fund Experience Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with full stack development, primarily using .NET/C# and modern JavaScript frameworks
  • Deep understanding of C# (preferably WPF), React, Blazor, ASP, .NET Core, Entity Framework, Kubernetes, Python, MSSQL and REST API design, parallel programming, modern UI paradigms
  • Strong Understanding of Software design patters (MVC, MVVM)
  • Experience working with messaging systems like Kafka and RabbitMQ using SQL Server for Database Tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver, driven and collaborative
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working within asset management and/or hedge fund
  • Strong Understanding of Software design patters (MVC, MVVM)

  • $80 to $120/hr. depending on experience
