Key Responsibilities:
What You'll Do
- Dive into specifications for large hard bid/lump sum and construction management projects, ensuring every detail is covered.
- Lead winning strategies to secure new work and drive success.
- Evaluate trade contractor pricing and select the best options for competitive bids.
- Attend pre-tender meetings to ensure accuracy and confidence in bid preparation.
- Provide guidance on construction procedures and methods for accurate estimates.
- Take ownership of medium-to-large estimates or key components of major projects.
- Develop critical path schedules to keep projects on track and meet milestones.
- Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and trade contractors for pricing advantages.
- Maintain and update trade contractor databases for efficiency and accuracy.
- Identify risks and opportunities in project documents and market conditions.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Industrial site experience working with Pipefitters is essential.
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related discipline or Trade Certificate preferred.
- Strong understanding of Union Agreements across various trades.
- Advanced blueprint reading skills and solid knowledge of contract documents.

Salary: $140k - $180k per annum
