Job description

Thank you for your interest. We are looking for a General Office Assistant who can problem solve, and provide Client Support to residents as well as real estate clients. Strong math, communication and computer skills/email are important as is the ability to respond professionally using proper grammar to customers and others.

Typical weeks would involve attending M-T-F 10am-5pm/3 days to start in office, while also arranging and attending viewing appointments. Additional work may be available for those who can assist outside the office with building maintenance. You would report to a more senior office administrator as well as general managers. Room for growth with more work dependent on demonstrated skill set. Must have general computer skills, be able to navigate/craft professional emails and knowledge of Apple computers is an asset. A driver's license and vehicle would be an asset. If you feel you could compliment our team, we look forward to hearing from you
