Spring May 4, August 27, 2027What you will do:Be a courageous safety leader and contribute to site culture by demonstrating strict adherence to safety policies and procedures.Analyze plant data to support continuous improvement, recovery improvement, and cost reduction projects.Develop sampling plans, evaluate plant data, and present findings and recommendations to site management.Prepare preliminary reports and provide recommendations for improvements.Perform routine and non-routine plant assessment and trials.What you will bring:Must be currently enrolled and have completed at least 2 years of an undergraduate Metallurgical, Chemical, or Process Engineering program (or equivalent) at an accredited post-secondary institution AND returning to full-time studies after the work term.Demonstrated positive safety behaviour and safety leadership.Willingness to learn and gain knowledge and experience through training.Excellent interpersonal teamwork and communication skills.Motivation to set and achieve goals, take initiative, and nurture projects forward.Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.Preference will be given to candidates with mining or heavy industrial experience.Ready to make an impact with us?
