Are you passionate about helping clients look and feel their best? Fade Away Laser & Skin Centre is seeking a skilled and motivated Medical Aesthetician / Laser Technician to join our growing team. If you're enthusiastic about advanced skincare treatments and love building strong client relationships, we'd love to meet you

Qualification and What we are looking for

  • Certification as a Medical Aesthetician or Laser Technician
  • Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in medical aesthetics including laser hair removal + facials/peels/microneedling.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with medical-grade lasers & IPL technology
  • Skilled in treatments such as photorejuvenation, fractional laser, laser hair removal, microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and microdermabrasion
  • Proven sales/consultation skills: plan building, ethical product recommendations, and conversion.
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for the aesthetics industry
  • Familiarity with professional skincare products and pairing with in-clinic treatments.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable; excellent communication and client care.
  • Willing to help with cleaning and room turnover.
  • Professional presentation, passionate about learning, and growth-oriented mindset.
  • Assets (nice to have): Experience with Cynosure lasers, Zo Skin health knowledge, Creating content and capturing consented before/after content.

Your Daily Role

  • Perform advanced treatments, including laser hair removal, skin resurfacing, photorejuvenation, and customized facials
  • Provide professional consultations, assess client needs, and create personalized treatment plans
  • Maintain clinic standards of care, equipment, and treatment rooms
  • Ensure client safety, comfort, and an exceptional experience every visit
  • Create content
