Qualification and What we are looking for
- Certification as a Medical Aesthetician or Laser Technician
- Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in medical aesthetics including laser hair removal + facials/peels/microneedling.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with medical-grade lasers & IPL technology
- Skilled in treatments such as photorejuvenation, fractional laser, laser hair removal, microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and microdermabrasion
- Proven sales/consultation skills: plan building, ethical product recommendations, and conversion.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for the aesthetics industry
- Familiarity with professional skincare products and pairing with in-clinic treatments.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable; excellent communication and client care.
- Willing to help with cleaning and room turnover.
- Professional presentation, passionate about learning, and growth-oriented mindset.
- Assets (nice to have): Experience with Cynosure lasers, Zo Skin health knowledge, Creating content and capturing consented before/after content.
Your Daily Role
- Perform advanced treatments, including laser hair removal, skin resurfacing, photorejuvenation, and customized facials
- Provide professional consultations, assess client needs, and create personalized treatment plans
- Maintain clinic standards of care, equipment, and treatment rooms
- Ensure client safety, comfort, and an exceptional experience every visit
- Create content
