The Financial Integration Analyst plays a key role in supporting system integrations, process improvements, and data consolidation across Onyx Fire Protection Services' national operations.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and analytical professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working collaboratively across finance, IT, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support financial integration projects related to acquisitions, ERP enhancements, and process standardization.
  • Collaborate with finance, IT, and operations teams to align financial data structures, reporting hierarchies, and control processes.
  • Perform data mapping, migration validation, and reconciliation during ERP conversions and integrations.
  • Support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, NetSuite, or SAP.
  • Analyze and document finance workflows, identifying and implementing improvements for accuracy, automation, and scalability.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across entities, ledgers, and reporting systems.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end reporting to ensure integrated data aligns with consolidated results.
  • Develop and maintain Excel-based reports to track integration performance and provide insight to leadership.
  • Provide user support and training on new financial processes and reporting standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in financial systems, ERP integration, or accounting operations.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, GL structures, and data reconciliation.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, NetSuite, or SAP.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (Power Query, PivotTables, advanced formulas).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience in fire protection, construction, or multi-entity service-based industries is an asset.
