Position Summary

Reporting to the Senior Director, Development and Integrations, the Integration Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing integration solutions between Canada Cartage's internal systems and between Canada Cartage's systems with customers and/or partners, ensuring seamless data exchange and system communication

Location: 6767 Davand Drive, Mississauga

Schedule: Hybrid, Monday to Friday

What you will do

  • Collaborate with internal and external users to capture business requirements regarding new integration requests or enhancements to existing integration solutions.
  • Translate integration requirements into functional specifications using standard document templates.
  • Review the integration requirements with stakeholders to get approval and sign-off, when necessary.
  • Support the development team in the design and build phases of the integration projects.
  • Perform integration testing and troubleshoot issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide production support to the integration processes, including data monitoring.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact to provide knowledge in discussions with customers and trading partners.
  • Maintain documentation of integration mappings and interfaces.
  • Analyze business processes and make recommendations on efficiency improvement, data accuracy assurance, and process automation.
  • Participate in projects to upgrade and maintain core systems, as assigned.

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in an analyst role for EDI and integration solutions in the transport industry.
  • Hands-on knowledge and experience on standard integration technologies, including EDI, REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and API design.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to plan things effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Good customer service and strong in preparing business and technical documents.

Along with the following Skills & Competencies:

  • Knowledge and exposure to Microsoft BizTalk and Azure.
  • Familiarity with cloud integration platforms such as Microsoft Logic Apps, MuleSoft, or Dell Boomi.
  • Project management experience.
