Le Medical Science Liaison (MSL) est un expert médical et scientifique sur le terrain, qui agit comme partenaire scientifique clé auprès des professionnels de santé, des organisations de soins, ainsi qu'auprès des collègues internes de UCB. En tant que MSL chez UCB, vous serez responsable de mettre en œuvre des stratégies médicales essentielles afin d'améliorer la qualité des soins et d'avoir un impact positif sur la vie des patients atteints de maladies dermatologie. Ce poste soutiendra notre Patient Value Unit (PVU) en Immunologie pour la région du Québec.
Vos contributions:
Maintenir des connaissances scientifiques approfondies en rhumatologie et en immunologie.Identifier, établir et maintenir des relations de collaboration avec les leaders d'opinion clés (KOLs), les spécialistes cliniques et les chercheurs, et mener des échanges scientifiques dans les domaines ciblés.Présenter des propositions de valeur clinique et interagir avec les décideurs des groupes médicaux, des réseaux intégrés de soins (IDNs) et des payeurs régionaux.Identifier et soutenir de potentiels projets d'expansion de recherche, de collaborations, de partenariats éducatifs ou d'aviseur médical.Organiser des tables rondes locales et des programmes éducatifs afin de renforcer la compréhension des besoins cliniques non satisfaits par les KOLs.Agir comme expert scientifique lors de conférences médicales, de conseils consultatifs, de réunions d'investigateurs cliniques et de réunions internes.Soutenir et collaborer avec les équipes terrain interfonctionnelles pour fournir des analyses et une expertise médicale.Analyser et commenter les publications scientifiques afin d'éclairer les tendances en santé dans les domaines de l'immunologie.Recueillir, analyser et communiquer de l'information sur les aires thérapeutiques, les options de traitement, les standards émergents de soins et l'intelligence concurrentielle.Répondre aux demandes d'information médicale et offrir des présentations cliniques adaptées à divers publics internes et externes.Soutenir localement les études cliniques de UCB et évaluer leur faisabilité, en agissant comme principal interlocuteur pour les études initiées par des investigateurs (IISs) de leur conception à leur publication.Fournir des mises à jour terrain pour la création ou l'actualisation de lettres de réponse standardisées.Travailler au plus haut niveau de conformité et de standards professionnels de UCB, en adoptant des pratiques de prise de décision éthique dans toutes vos activités.Qualifications:
Diplôme de maîtrise (M.Sc.) requis; doctorat (Ph.D.) un atout.Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience réussie comme MSL; 5+ ans préférés pour les titulaires d'un Ph.D.Solide expérience en immunologie, particulièrement en dermatologie.Bilinguisme français/anglais requis.Capacité à présenter clairement des concepts scientifiques complexes en tête-à-tête et en groupe.Voyages réguliers requis à travers le Québec et pour participer aux réunions d'entreprise, conférences, etc. (incluant nuitées et certains week-ends).Territoire : Montréal ou Québec de préférence, avec déplacements dans l'ensemble de la province.Permis de conduire valide.Réussite de la formation initiale et des évaluations obligatoires.La fourchette de salaire de base raisonnablement anticipée pour ce poste est de $ à $. Le salaire réel offert tiendra compte des connaissances, compétences, expérience et localisation, entre autres facteurs, et pourra se situer en dehors de la fourchette prévue.
