Notre client recherche un(e) Medical Science Liaison (MSL) pour soutenir les activités médicales et scientifiques liées à ses produits. Le rôle consiste à offrir une expertise scientifique objective et équilibrée, développer des relations de confiance avec les leaders d’opinion (KOLs) et contribuer à l’avancement des connaissances et de la pratique clinique. Le/la MSL jouera un rôle clé dans : La diffusion d’informations médicales fondées sur les données probantes Le soutien des projets médicaux tout au long du cycle de vie des produits L’identification d’opportunités scientifiques et commerciales La collaboration interfonctionnelle (Marketing, Ventes, Accès au marché, Affaires réglementaires…) Responsabilités principales Fournir une expertise médicale et scientifique pendant tout le cycle de vie des produits. Offrir un input stratégique aux plans d’affaires médicales et plans de marque (incluant la phase pré-lancement). Contribuer à l’exécution des projets médicaux : Essais initiés par les investigateurs Analyse/interprétation de données Publications et projets connexes Participer aux congrès et événements scientifiques afin de rester à jour sur les avancées du domaine. Développer et maintenir des relations solides avec les partenaires internes et externes, notamment les leaders thérapeutiques. Offrir du soutien scientifique aux équipes internes (formation, revue scientifique, contribution au brand plan, etc.). Assurer le respect des procédures liées au reporting : sécurité, qualité produit, commentaires clients. Participer à l’évaluation scientifique de nouvelles opportunités pour le développement des affaires. Gérer les budgets liés aux projets qui lui sont confiés. Qualifications et compétences recherchées MSc, MD, PhD ou PharmD + minimum 2 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie pharmaceutique. Excellente compréhension des maladies infectieuses et capacité à vulgariser des données scientifiques complexes. Très bonnes compétences en communication, présentation et collaboration interfonctionnelle. Connaissance du système de santé canadien, des directives IMC et du code PAAB. Compréhension approfondie de la pharmacovigilance et de la surveillance post-commercialisation au Canada. Sens des affaires développé et aisance avec les outils technologiques. Capacité à s’organiser, prioriser et travailler dans un environnement en évolution rapide. Leadership, intégrité, orientation client et excellentes aptitudes relationnelles. Disponibilité pour voyager environ 50 % du temps. Bilinguisme obligatoire : français et anglais (écrit et oral). #J-18808-Ljbffr
