Customer Service Representative
in
Winnipeg, MB

In this full-time role, you'll support customers through phone and digital channels by providing a variety of services and tailored banking guidance. If you enjoy problem-solving, connecting with people, and having a positive impact, this could be a great fit for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver exceptional service by assisting with account transactions and requests (transfers, payments, term deposits, account updates, and more)
  • Provide knowledgeable advice to help clients choose the right financial products and services
  • Offer technical support for Internet Banking services
  • Handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls to support client needs and collaborate with other departments

What We're Looking For:

  • High school diploma with 1–3 years of related experience, or a combination of education and experience
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • A proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Excellent customer service, professionalism, and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience with a financial institution is an asset
  • Bilingualism is considered an asset

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time, rotating shifts within the hours of:
  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate starting at $23.43/hr.
