As an Associate Product Manager for CoCounsel, the leading GenAI legal assistant, you'll partner with Product and cross-functional teams to build, refine, and execute our roadmap as part of the CoCounsel Ecosystem team. You'll collaborate with engineering and design to drive adoption, shorten time to value, and deliver a proactive, high-impact CoCounsel experience. To support these goals, you'll gather insights from the latest AI innovations and draft clear product specifications. We are seeking a detail-oriented and problem-solving Associate Product Manager who is eager to grow within AI product management and shape the future of legal technology.
About the Role:
In this role as an Associate Product Manager, you will:
Assist in the development and execution of the product roadmap for CoCounsel integrations, starting with our CoCounsel for Microsoft Outlook integration
Contribute to the wider team's mission of integrating with other third-party integrations
Collaborate with our engineering and design teams to improve the user experience and performance of the application
Develop new features that deliver faster time to value and more agentic capabilities within Outlook workflows
Assist with the creation of product specifications, use cases, and user stories, and progressively take the lead of the Outlook integration squad backlog
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends linked with M365 integrations
Monitor product performance with the support of the analytics team and make recommendations for improvements
Collaborate with our customer team to ensure customer satisfaction and product adoption
Stay current with AI developments and understand their impact on organizational priorities and pain points.
About You:
You're a fit for the role of Associate Product Manager if your background includes:
Bachelor's degree in business or computer science preferred or equivalent experience.
2 - 4 years of working experience directly with customers or in client-facing roles.
Familiarity with agile tools (e.g., ADO, Lucid Chart) and Microsoft Office.
Obsessed with solving customer problems in unique ways.
Thrive in fast-paced environments and embrace experimentation.
Great communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong interest in AI innovation, with a clear understanding of current industry challenges.
Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, and Claude.
