Role Description

This full-time, on-site position as a Quality Assurance Coordinator is based in Ontario, Canada. The role involves overseeing quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulations. Key responsibilities include conducting quality control checks, implementing quality management processes to maintain high performance standards, analyzing production outputs, identifying areas of improvement, and preparing regular quality reports. Effective communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders to meet organizational objectives are central to this role.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Quality Management processes
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and identify areas for improvement
  • Effective Communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders
  • Ability to work with attention to detail and adherence to quality standards
  • Familiarity with quality systems and regulatory requirements is an asset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a relevant field is preferred
  • Experience in the technology or radar solutions industry is advantageous
