The Role We're looking for a highly organised, proactive, and people-obsessed Community Manager to join Vidsy's fast-growing Community Team.
Vidsy's Community Team sits at the heart of everything we do, empowering tens of thousands of Creators around the world to deliver exceptional social-first content for brands like PepsiCo, L'Oréal Paris, Activision Blizzard and many more.
From onboarding and briefing, to day-to-day support, to project delivery, we ensure Creators have the clarity, confidence and resources they need to do their best work. In this role, you'll play a central part in supporting and managing large groups of Creators across multiple simultaneous projects. You'll coordinate workflows, keep production moving smoothly, solve operational challenges with calm efficiency, and make sure every Creator feels set up for success.
You'll work closely with our Commercial, Strategy and Creative teams to match great Creators with great briefs, proactively nurturing relationships, spotting opportunities, and helping deliver industry-leading content at scale. This role blends creativity, operations, and relationship-building, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same. What You'll be Doing
- Creator & Project Management Manage and support groups of Creators delivering social-first content across multiple concurrent briefs. Work closely with our Commercial, Strategy and Creative teams to match talent with the right briefs. Keep project flows smooth and well-organised, aligning deadlines, sharing updates, and ensuring high-quality delivery.
- People & Relationship Building Contribute to initiatives that strengthen community engagement and turn engaged contributors into long-term champions. Identify inactive or at-risk Creators and support reactivation efforts. Advocate for Creators across Vidsy, ensuring their needs and insights help shape our workflow and platform.
- Operational Excellence Proactively support day-to-day production logistics, from arranging product shipments to processing payments and tracking deliverables. Spot gaps or inefficiencies in our systems and contribute ideas to improve tools, processes and operational workflows. Bring a calm, solutions-focused approach that helps teams move quickly and stay aligned.
- Exceptional project and operational management skills - able to juggle multiple deadlines, teams, and workflows with clarity and confidence.
- Strong autonomy and problem-solving ability - you take ownership, act fast, and unblock challenges independently.
- Outstanding communication and organisation - you manage expectations clearly and keep information flowing smoothly across teams and Creators.
- Deep empathy for Creators and freelancers - you understand the realities of creative work and know how to support people doing it.
- A calm, steady approach under pressure - you stay composed, structured and supportive even when the pace is high.
- Experience recognising and attracting creative talent (UGC Creators, influencers, videographers, editors).
- Previous experience delivering digital marketing or creator-led campaigns (agency or in-house).
- Experience with tools like Intercom, Airtable, or other workflow/CRM platforms.
- A social-native mindset, passion for digital culture, social media trends and emerging creators.
Who You'll Report To You'll report to Yoko Hargreaves, a Vidsy veteran who joined the team in 2021. Yoko has helped grow our global Creator Community to over 40,000 Creators and supported delivery of more than 3,000 projects. She has pioneered innovative approaches to community-led production (including running a 12-Creator shoot on a French beach) and brings deep expertise in both operations and creator development.
The Interview Process 30 minutes – Intro call with our Talent Team
60 minutes – Video interview with Yoko to discuss the role and your experience
90 minutes – Final panel interview + short task presentation, plus a conversation around our Vidsy Values
(Raise the Bar, Learn Everyday, Unleash Creativity & Be Brave)
Hybrid 'Virtual-First' Work Setup Vidsy embraces a hybrid 'virtual-first' approach across all our hubs. We require all new team members to be based locally to their regional hub from day one, but offer the flexibility to access office space as needed, or whenever it best supports your productivity and collaboration. The balance between in-office and remote work will vary depending on your team, role, and personal preferences.
Diversity at Vidsy We're committed to building a representative, inclusive, and super-friendly team because diverse experiences, perspectives, and backgrounds lead to better workplaces and better products. At Vidsy, we welcome everyone and do not discriminate based on race, colour, religion, gender, national origin, age, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, or any other protected characteristic. We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
