Job Position & Role

  1. Relationship Building

  2. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and store managers.

  3. Act as the main point of contact for all customers within the territory, ensuring consistent communication and support.

  4. Account Development

  5. Manage and grow existing accounts through tailored sales strategies and execution plans.

  6. Identify and open new business opportunities within the territory to expand brand presence.
  7. Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance, identify gaps, and execute corrective actions.

  8. Distribution Growth

  9. Increase product distribution by securing new listings and ensuring proper product availability.

  10. Optimize shelf space, cold box presence, displays, and POS execution to enhance visibility and sales.

  11. Channel Execution & Follow-Up

  12. Work across Convenience channel to ensure compliance with brand standards and execution guidelines.

  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support channel-specific initiatives and promotional activities.

  14. Strategy Development Based on Data & Insights

  15. Analyze sales reports, market trends, and customer insights to identify opportunities and challenges.

  16. Develop territory strategies and action plans supported by data-driven decision making.
  17. Track KPIs and provide regular updates on performance, distribution, and execution.

Compensation

  • Knowledge of Liquor Board Regulations, industry trends & competition a plus

  • Proficient PC, iPad and MS Office skills
