Job description:

We are currently looking for an Intermediate interior designer who is dynamic, self-motivated to complement our team/culture; someone who possesses a minimum of 3-6 years of experience working in an interior design studio. Someone capable of preparing construction documents

We're interested in an individual with the following qualities/skills:

· Self-directed and highly motivated

· Has a strong grasp of interior design and interior construction detailing

· Highly Proficient in REVIT 2023+ and familiar with Adobe Photoshop 
( Proficiency in AutoCAD is an asset)

· Strong skills in custom Millwork drawings and creating and modifying custom families on REVIT

· Team player

· Excellent communication skills

· Experience and familiarity with local interior design practices/codes

· Experience in residential and Commercial design is required

What You Will Do

Use Revit and other computer resources to create and prepare accurate construction drawings based on schematic/design development sketches

Review design requirements and offer recommendations to support construction projects

Attend team meetings to coordinate drawings and provide information as requested

Reviewing internal and external shop drawings for completeness, constructability, and accuracy.

Performing quantity take-offs with accuracy under minimal supervision

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed-term contract

Contract length: 6 months
