Typical duties and responsibilities include ensuring that timelines are met, optimized use of all resources, and liaising with other departments.Your Tasks:Coordinate, coach, monitor, supervise and direct employees on a daily basis to achieve goals and targets in meeting customer expectationsEnsure audit awareness and compliance is maintained to the appropriate aviation and MTU standards including the necessary calibration documentationMonitor work hours of designated employees and approve exception logsConduct Performance Assessments for assigned employees and identify requirement(s) for individual developmentParticipate in the recruitment process for new employeesEnsure costs within the budget (for assigned area and projects)Responsible for special projects in order to ensure a continuous improvement of the shopConduct daily crew meeting with all team membersParticipate in Team Leader meetings in order to discuss/solve inter-departmental issues and to drive internal and external projects activelyProvide leadership to proactively support the operational process by ensuring sufficient resource allocation and availability for daily task assignment to meet defined scheduleResponsible to identify turn time risks.
