Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety across various facilities, ensuring a hygienic and welcoming environment for clients and staff. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred, along with familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in facilities maintenance. The Cleaner will play a vital role in upholding our standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces across assigned areas
  • Use hand tools and power tools for maintenance tasks as needed
  • Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, to ensure thorough cleaning
  • Conduct facilities maintenance activities to uphold safety and operational standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding cleaning schedules or maintenance issues
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally
  • Able to use robots cleaning machines to help with the workload make easier job

Qualifications

  • Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred; familiarity with facilities maintenance is a plus
  • Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety protocols,
  • Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated schedules
  • Reliable work ethic with attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity
  • Ability to speak Chinese a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
