About the Role

We are seeking a motivated professional to support engagement and follow-up with individuals who express interest through approved digital systems used within personal growth and professional development education.

This role suits individuals who enjoy working independently within clear systems and digital workflows. You will use established tools and processes to support outreach, engagement, onboarding, and participation within a structured, purpose-led professional environment.

This role does not involve training delivery, facilitation, or consulting with organisations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Engaging professionally in scheduled conversations within established processes
  • Supporting onboarding and participation through approved digital platforms
  • Using AI-supported tools and digital systems to enhance communication workflows and productivity
  • Applying planning and time-management frameworks to maintain consistency and follow-up
  • Participating in ongoing professional development activities and professionally delivered events
  • Managing your workflow independently while maintaining professional standards

 About You

  • Interest in personal growth, professional development, and people-focused work
  • Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently within structured systems
  • Organised, proactive, and confident using digital tools
  • Willing to follow established processes and learn new workflows
  • Background in HR, education, professional services, or workforce-related fields is beneficial but not essential (all training and mentoring
