Technical Product Manager
Montreal — Full Time — In-Person
We're building the leading platform in the DePIN ecosystem, with tools that help thousands of people deploy, track, and grow real-world networks. Our product moves fast. And our team is small enough that every person leaves a mark on the company.
We're looking for someone who can own product end-to-end: shaping what we build, shipping features, improving retention, and enabling the rest of the team to move faster. You'll work directly with the CEO, lead our product team, and help turn ideas into things users love.
If you're a technical product person who enjoys solving real problems, moving quickly, and having full ownership, you'll fit right in.
⸻
What you'll do
- Ship product features that meaningfully improve activation, retention, and daily use
- Own and execute the product roadmap
- Manage and support our devs + designers, and grow the team as we scale
- Work directly with users: weekly interviews, digging into analytics, shaping insights into product decisions
- Build and maintain the systems that power growth: marketing automations, landing pages, CRM workflows
- Collaborate with marketing & sales on rapid experiments (campaign tech, conversions, funnels)
- Improve and maintain internal tools: dashboards, workflows, HubSpot integrations
- Jump into the codebase when needed to keep velocity high (mostly frontend + automation-focused)
⸻
Who you are
- A product builder at heart: you love shipping, iterating, and watching numbers move up
Comfortable writing real code (Node, React, Typescript, serverless, Supabase, Prisma, Shopify)
Excited by growth: you enjoy running experiments, building scrappy solutions, and moving quickly
Someone who thrives in fast-moving, high-ownership environments
Proactive: you don't wait for direction, you spot opportunities and run with them
You care deeply about users and how they experience the product
Crypto/DePIN-curious (experience is a bonus, not a requirement)
⸻
What you won't find here
Layers of approval
Corporate mentality
Slow cycles
"That's not my job" thinking
If you need structure, meetings, and a narrow job scope, this won't be a fit.
⸻
What you'll find instead
A tight team of ~10 in Old Montreal
An office with great energy, lots of space, and a dog-friendly vibe
Full ownership over a product with real traction and a very engaged community
A company that ships fast, plays hard, and cares about doing meaningful work
A space where you can influence the direction of the product and the company
⸻
Requirements
Strong experience building in Node / React / Typescript
Solid understanding of product development and user experience
Hands-on ability to ship growth and automation tooling (HubSpot, workflows, integrations)
Comfortable with data, metrics, and product KPIs
Based in Montreal and able to work in-person daily in our Old Port office
Experience running small teams or mentoring developers is a plus
⸻
Compensation
$100–150K CAD depending on experience
Equity (vested)
Plenty of room to grow as the company scales
⸻
What success looks like
90 days: You've shipped high-impact features, improved retention, increased DAU, and taken full ownership of the roadmap.
12 months: You've helped us launch category-defining features, strengthened our position in the DePIN ecosystem, and built a product team that can execute at a world-class pace.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
