Nous sommes à la recherche d'un opérateur Roto expérimenté et à temps plein qui a le souci de l'excellence en matière de qualité et qui est capable de s'épanouir dans un environnement en constante évolution. L'opérateur de presse est responsable de toutes les activités d'impression d'étiquette associées à la machine.

PRINCIPALES TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS
Faisant partie de l'équipe de la Finition vous devrez opérer les machines selon les procédures opérationnelles. Le préposé à la finition voit à ce que les étiquettes soient imprimées selon les spécifications du client.

  • Effectuer la lecture du sac de production et prendre les rouleaux nécessaires à la commande
  • Faire la mise en train de la machine.
  • Couper selon les spécifications du client, l'excédent de matériel sur les rouleaux d'étiquettes avec la machine à découper.
  • Voir à ce qu'il ne manque pas d'étiquettes dans le rouleau.
  • Effectuer une vérification générale de la qualité de l'étiquette.
  • Placer les rouleaux dans les endroits appropriés.
  • Faire la numérotation séquentielle à l'endos pour fin de réconciliation.
  • Le poids varié entre 15 et 25 lbs.

COMPÉTENCES ET EXIGENCES

  • Excellent sens de l'observation.
  • Avoir un bon jugement et un sens des responsabilités.
  • Être une personne très minutieuse.
  • Expérience en inspection.
  • Maitriser les Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication.
  • 6 mois d'expérience en production manufacturière.
  • Habilités mécaniques.
  • Réagir rapidement et efficacement aux changements constants et aux délais très courts de production.

Horaire de travail

  • Du lundi au vendredi sur une base de 40 heures par semaine.

Exigences Physiques

  • Soulever, porter, pousser et tirer des objets pesant jusqu'à 50 livres.
  • Tâches répétitives, dextérité manuelle et souci du détail
  • Se tenir debout, marcher et se pencher pendant de longues périodes, jusqu'à 8 heures ou plus par jour.
  • Le niveau de bruit est généralement modéré à fort.
