Senior Consultant – Finance

Key Responsibilities:
· Requirement Gathering:
o Engage with the client to gather detailed business requirements through interviews and discussions.
o Understand the client's business processes, challenges, and goals, and translate them into functional requirements.
· Business Process Documentation:
o Document business processes in the form of Functional Requirements Document (FRD) or Business Blueprint Document.
o Prepare detailed Fit-Gap analysis to identify areas where the client's requirements can be met by the existing system and where customization is necessary.
· Module Study and Analysis:
o Study and analyze the relevant modules in Finance (including Fixed Assets), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Discrete Production (specifically the Bill of Materials (BOM)).
o Assess the integration and interaction of these modules with other business processes and systems.
· Collaboration and Communication:
o Work closely with both the onsite team and the offshore team to ensure all requirements are accurately captured, documented, and understood.
o Facilitate communication between the client and internal teams to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth process flow.
· Solution Blueprint Preparation:
o Assist in preparing a solution blueprint based on the gathered requirements.
o Ensure the blueprint aligns with the client's business objectives and integrates effectively with existing processes.
o Document the Functional Requirements, Business Blueprint, and Fit-Gap Analysis for review and approval by the client and internal stakeholders.
o Prepare clear and concise documentation for the client's review and sign-off.
· Client Interaction and Presentations:
o Act as a subject matter expert during client interactions.
o Provide presentations to the client on the proposed solutions and business process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience
:
o Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in functional consulting roles, with expertise in Finance and Supply Chain Management (SCM).
o Exposure to Production modules (specifically Discrete Manufacturing and Bill of Materials (BOM)).

Educational Qualification:
o Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
·
Certifications
:
o Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is preferred.
o Project Management certification (e.g., PMP or Prince2) is a plus.
·
Functional Knowledge:
o Strong functional knowledge in Finance (including Fixed Assets), SCM, and Discrete Production.
o Experience in requirements gathering, solution blueprinting, and gap analysis.
·
Communication Skills:
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Ability to clearly document requirements and present complex concepts to stakeholders.
·
