You'll work with some of the world's top manufacturers to ensure they achieve measurable value through Poka's platform, driving engagement, adoption, and operational excellence at scale.
What you'll be doing- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through the successful implementation, adoption, and expansion of Poka's platform.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with site champions, plant leaders, and key stakeholders across enterprise and mid-market accounts.
- Translate customer challenges into practical, scalable solutions, collaborating closely with Product, Support, and Account Management teams.
- Monitor customer health, proactively identifying risks and opportunities to ensure long-term success.
- Partner with Account Managers to uncover and support growth opportunities.
- Develop deep expertise in Poka's platform and manufacturing best practices to continuously evolve how we deliver value to our customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, plus 3+ years of experience in manufacturing operations or continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and CI methodologies.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both technical and operational stakeholders.
- Proven project coordination and organizational abilities.
- A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for learning new tools and leveraging technology (and yes, an AI enthusiast).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French is a plus).
- Willingness to travel up to 15–20% (typically two client visits per quarter).
