CNC Machinist/ Operator Afternoon Shift

MUST HAVE CNC Machining Experience (3 Axis, 5 Axis)

Koss Aerospace is hiring a CNC Machinist/ Operator for the midnight shift to join our team

Position Type: Full-time Permanent

Start date- ASAP

Specific Skills- Read and interpret blueprints; operate and set up machines to perform machining operations; verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers); perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery.

Other Skills-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., read text, document use, numeracy, communication, working with others, problem-solving, decision making, critical thinking, job task planning and organizing, significant use of memory, finding information, continuous learning.

Working Conditions and Capabilities- Machine shop, manual dexterity, attention to detail, eye-hand coordination

Education- Completion of High school, completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training; Machinist Trade Certification

Experience- 5 years or more experience ( 5 Axis required)

Benefits- Group Medical, Dental, Life Insurance after 3 months

Hours of work- Afternoon shift.
