- Train and mentor kitchen staff in culinary techniques, food safety practices, and customer service excellence.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment that complies with health regulations.
- Assist with bartending duties as needed, ensuring a well-rounded dining experience for guests.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Head Chef or similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
