Job Description

Are you passionate about MEMS and microfabrication? Do you have hands-on experience in wafer processing and want to apply your expertise to real-world manufacturing challenges?

Teledyne MEMS is seeking a Product Engineer to join our team in Edmonton and take ownership of the technical performance of MEMS products in volume manufacturing. This is a long-term career opportunity for someone who thrives on solving yield issues, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating across engineering and production teams.

We're looking for someone with:

  • A PhD or MSc in Engineering or Science with a focus on MEMS wafer fabrication

  • Industrial experience in MEMS or semiconductor manufacturing (preferred)

  • A desire to grow within the company — not just use this role as a stepping stone

  • A passion for yield improvement, process optimization, and cross-functional problem solving

What You'll Do

  • Own the technical interface for assigned production customers

  • Manage product specifications, change control, and documentation

  • Lead failure analysis, yield improvement, and cost reduction initiatives

  • Support the transition of MEMS products from development to manufacturing

  • Collaborate with project managers, quality, production, and executive teams

Why Join Us?

  • Work at one of the world's leading pure-play MEMS foundries

  • Apply your MEMS expertise to high-impact products in biomedical, optical, and RF domains

  • Be part of a collaborative, technically rigorous, and growth-oriented team

  • Build a long-term career in a company that values deep technical knowledge and ownership

If you're ready to take your MEMS experience to the next level and want to make a lasting impact in volume manufacturing, we want to hear from you
