Partner with the best

As a Technical Program Manager, you will have end-to-end accountability for the delivery of projects and programs. You will lead strategic and complex programs from planning to deployment, while reporting benefits to key stakeholders.

As a Program Manager Technical, you will be responsible for:

• Managing complex, cross-functional multi-year Cloud software development and hardware projects and programs
• Managing stakeholder engagement, expectations and commitments
• Presenting and reporting program status to all levels of the business from team members to executives
• Identifying risks, dependencies and issues, demonstrating proactive problem solving in complex environments
• Adopting best-practice guidelines and implement continuous improvements

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor's degree in information technology, business management or its equivalent
• Have 2 years of relevant experience in Program/Project Management in a Cloud software/infrastructure environment
• Be highly curious with ability to learn quickly and desire to learn
• Possess experience working with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office, Google products and SmartSheets
• Have solid analytical, problem solving, solid written and interpersonal communication skills
• Be able to work effectively across a wide range of constituencies in a diverse virtual corporate environment

Compensation

Akamai is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For US based candidates only - the base salary for this position ranges from CA$64,200 - CA$133,300/year; a candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location. Compensation for candidates outside the US will vary. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of annual bonus or incentives, equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
