What You'll Do

As a Web Developer, your primary responsibilities will include:

· Design and Develop: Create custom WordPress themes, plugins, and solutions, as well as work with other CMS platforms to build high-quality, user-friendly websites.

· Optimize Performance: Ensure websites are responsive, fast-loading, and meet the latest accessibility and SEO standards.

What we're looking for

We are looking for a technically skilled Web Developer with a strong foundation in web technologies and a proven ability to deliver high-performing, scalable, and maintainable solutions. The ideal candidate will possess the following technical expertise:

Core Technical Skills:

• WordPress Development: Experience in creating custom themes, plugins, and widgets, with a deep understanding of the WordPress core, hooks, and APIs.
• CMS Expertise: Hands-on experience with other CMS platforms such as Drupal, Joomla, or Shopify, including theme customization and API integrations.
• Front-End Technologies: High Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3
• Back-End Development: Expertise in PHP development along with experience in database design and management using MySQL or similar relational databases.
• Version Control: Knowledge of Git for version control, including branching, merging, and managing pull requests in collaborative environments.
• Web Standards: In-depth understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and best practices for on-page SEO to ensure inclusive and search-friendly websites.
• Debugging and Testing: Proficiency in debugging tools (e.g., Chrome DevTools) and experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
