TOWNE MILLWORK LTD, is a leading Architectural Millwork Manufacturer of high-quality wood products, known for our commitment to craftsmanship, innovation, and employee satisfaction. We're currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Millwork Estimator to join our team.

As a Millwork Estimator, you will play a key role in assisting with cost estimation, project budgeting, and bid preparation for projects. Working closely with Senior Estimators and Project Managers, you will develop your skills in quantity take-offs, material pricing, and supplier negotiations while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all estimating tasks.

This is a full-time position from Mon-Fri.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates for projects, including material, labor, and overhead costs.
  • Conduct quantity take-offs from architectural drawings and specifications.
  • Analyze project requirements and specifications to provide competitive bids.
  • Liaise with suppliers to obtain pricing and material availability.
  • Support the estimating team in preparing proposals and bid documentation.
  • Maintain and update cost databases and project records.
  • Collaborate with project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, material costs, and best practices in estimating.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in estimating or a similar role (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with Bluebeam and/or estimating software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
