What We're Looking For:

• Support the management of daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Assist in developing strategies to achieve financial goals, optimize profitability, and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Cultivate relationships with guests, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty through personalized experiences and attentive service.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, providing training and development opportunities for the team.
• Uphold high standards of health, safety, and sanitation, ensuring a safe and enjoyable dining environment for guests and staff alike.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to continuously improve our offerings and enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of proven experience in food service management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Experience in handling cash and tip distribution.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices related to food handling and preparation.
• Experience as a server in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and their operation in a restaurant or hotel setting.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
