Job Overview

Senso Design is looking for a responsible, passionate, and professional individual to join our established team at our Markham location. In this role, you will be responsible for interior design services as well as the design of custom cabinetry, including kitchens, vanities, wardrobes, wall units, and more. Senso Design provides a diverse range of renovation services and custom cabinetry solutions.

Responsibilities

●      Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design concepts

●      Providing showroom tours and setting customers up for kitchen measures

●      Meeting with customers to discuss their project requirements

●      Develop detailed drawings, layouts, and specifications for cabinetry and interior spaces

●      Prepare and present an interior and cabinetry designs to the client

●      Assist clients with selecting materials, finishes, hardware, and accessories

Experience/Knowledge Required:

●      Proven experience in interior design and custom cabinetry design

●      Proficiency in creating high-quality 3D visualizations

●      
Extensive
knowledge of professional drafting software (e.g. AutoCAD, Sketchup Layout, ArchiCAD or similar)

●      Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office

●      Excellent customer service skills, with strong administrative abilities to schedule one-on-one consultations and follow up on active projects

●      Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an outstanding ability to interact with clients, contractors, and suppliers

●      Strong problem-solving skills; a reliable team player who is optimistic, professional, and approachable

General

●      Job Type: Full-time or Contract (office-based position requiring regular on-site attendance).

●      Working days are from Tuesday to Saturday

●      Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as an Interior Designer

●      Language: English (written and verbal proficiency required)

●      Transportation: Access to a personal vehicle is preferred, as occasional travel to client meetings or project sites may be required
