We appreciate all applicants; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.Job OverviewThe Interior Designer is a full-time role involving collaboration with the Interior Design Project Lead to develop projects from concept through construction, styling, and décor. The candidate should be a self-starter, organized, and ready to work with an internal team and affluent clients across Canada.QualificationsDegree in Interior Design2-3 years of experience in interior design and drawing productionExperience with luxury homes and multi-unit residential buildings preferred; other building types are a plusProficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office; experience with Enscape, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino is an assetAbility to develop hand sketches and drawingsKnowledge of current design trends and resourcesWell-organized, problem-solving skills, discerning eye for designCommitted to professional growth and self-educationGood verbal and written communication skills in EnglishKey ResponsibilitiesSketch and develop design conceptsManage client files and Revit modelsPrepare design, tender, and permit drawings, specifications, and material schedulesDevelop AI designsConduct product sourcing and furniture/millwork designCreate illustrations, renderings, and presentations for clientsPrepare sample and mood boardsAssist with FF&E budgets, schedules, procurement, and site activitiesReview shop drawings and liaise with consultants and tradesSupport construction administration and site reviewsContribute to social media strategies, content creation, and schedulingUphold Human Architecture principles and embody Audax’s missionBenefits of Working at AudaxComprehensive experience across architecture, interior design, and constructionWork with top trades, materials, and affluent clients nationally and internationallyNew office location near Trinity Bellwoods Park with accessible amenitiesRegular social events, competitive salary, health benefits, summer hours, and paid holiday breakOpportunities for professional development and a vibrant workspace fostering growth and teamwork #J-18808-Ljbffr
