Développement et gestion de produits :

- Mener des études de marché pour identifier les besoins des clients, les tendances du secteur et le paysage concurrentiel.
- Définir les exigences du produit, créer des spécifications détaillées et élaborer des feuilles de route pour le produit.
Expérience client :
- Veiller à ce que les produits offrent une expérience client exceptionnelle en recueillant des informations en retour et en mettant en œuvre des améliorations.
