Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated General Labourer to join our production team. This is a hands-on role that involves assembly, paint line support, packaging, and general production duties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable handling a variety of tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret paint and assembly requirements from routers and drawings
  • Assist with loading and unloading parts from the powder coat line
  • Perform visual inspections of painted parts for quality and finish
  • Accurately assemble products based on instructions and specifications
  • Package finished products for shipment according to company standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
  • Perform general labour and support duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager
  • Follow company policies, including ethical standards and confidentiality expectations
  • Contribute to a positive and safe workplace environment

Skill Factors:

  • Good hand dexterity and strong hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to follow directions and work effectively in a team environment
  • Able to read and interpret basic technical drawings or prints
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Shifts:

This is a full-time day shift position. Hours and schedule will be discussed during the interview.

Location:

This position is located in Princeton, Ontario, just 25 minutes from Kitchener/Cambridge and 10 minutes from Brantford.
