Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Concierge to join our security team at our Ontario location. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a secure environment and delivering exceptional customer service, aligning with our company's mission to protect and serve.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
  • Monitor security cameras and conduct regular patrols of the premises.
  • Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies.
  • Maintain accurate logs of daily activities and incidents.
  • Enforce access control procedures and company policies.
  • Collaborate with security team members to ensure safety protocols are followed.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and staff.
  • Report any suspicious activities or safety hazards to management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in security or concierge services preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of security procedures and emergency response protocols.
  • Valid security license or certification is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and duties.
