**About the Position**

We are looking for a professional concierge to protect a luxury condominium in Brampton, Ontario. You will maintain a high visibility presence, provide excellent customer service to the building's residence and being a key component in the daily operations.

**Qualifications**

Valid Ontario Security Guard License, First Aid & CPR Certificate, Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills, High School Diploma or equivalent

**Duties**

Enforcement of condominium declaration, by-laws, rules and policies. Report writing, patrolling, observing, preventing, recording, and reporting of potential occurrences of theft, vandalism, trespassing, fire or flood, critical thinking, problem solving, and providing excellent customer service, assistance, and solutions to our residents.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour
