As a Concrete Field Technician, you are the hands-on expert ensuring every pour meets the highest standards of quality and durability. You take pride in delivering smooth finishes, accurate measurements, and structurally sound work that stands the test of time. From performing slump tests and air content checks to monitoring curing processes and verifying reinforcement placement, your precision is critical to the success of each project.

In this role, you'll work closely with site crews, supervisors, and quality teams to identify and resolve issues early, maintain efficient workflows, and uphold strict safety standards. Your keen eye for detail, commitment to craftsmanship, and ability to execute accurate field testing help elevate the entire operation — keeping projects on schedule, on spec, and built to last.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and verify the condition of moulds used for precast segmental bridge deck production, ensuring they meet design specifications and industry standards.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of moulds before, during, and after each use to ensure they are free from defects, damage, or wear.
  • Ensure that moulds are cleaned and properly oiled/lubricated before the placement of rebar cage
  • Ensure the moulds are properly maintained to prevent contamination that could affect the quality of the concrete segments.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction, building inspection
  • Academic degree or professional certification in a relevant field
  • Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in task completion
  • Self-motivated with a high standard of performance
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, mechanical aptitude, and communication abilities

Work Conditions:

  • This is a site based position

Compensation
$56, $77,000.00

This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
